Don’t Just Spray It!!

Once a man has reached the point in his sexual development where he begins to understand that just “getting off” isn’t satisfying him or his partner, he craves for more.

And in his heart he knows there is more, but often doesn’t know how to achieve these higher pleasures. Tantra teaches us that for a man to achieve the highest ecstasy possible for himself and his lover, he first needs to learn ejaculation control and to direct his sexual energy up his spine to the higher centers of his brain. In Tantra  this sexual energy is known as “kundalini” energy.
When a man masters the ability to move his kundalini energy up along his spine, he increases the pleasure for himself and his lover to levels that he might never have dreamed of.

As a man learns to master the movement his sexual energy within his body, he will be able to control his ejaculation. At this point he is free to make love “without” feeling the pressure to ejaculate. A man’s sensitivity and awareness is profoundly heightened to the subtle and refined pleasures of lovemaking. He steps into an expanded state of consciousness, which allows him to achieve “multiple” (yes, men can have ’em too) and “full-body orgasms”. The benefits of “full-body” orgasm are many. Full-body orgasm frees him from stress and tensions, heals his prostate gland, opens his heart and connects him deeper to his lover and himself. It also facilitates the man in experiencing multiple orgasms. By “multiple” is not to imply “multiple ejaculations”, but rather that once a man learns to move his kundalini energy through his body he can have orgasms and not ejaculate. This is known as a “dry orgasm” or none-ejaculatory orgasm.  Men who have had their prostate removed have dry orgasm.
Men have a tremendous capacity for pleasure and orgasm that is virtually untouched for most men. As a man masters tantra practice and higher energy movement, he begins to view his penis as an instrument of a deeper love connection with the woman. This deeper connection facilitates moving the woman to the highest states of ecstasy and orgasmic pleasure that she can achieve. Allowing the man and woman to continue to build higher levels of ecstasy together.

Hell….high water…and not so hot coochie!

There are some significant changes that take place in a woman’s life.

One of them is menopause.

I think a training bra needs to be added to the list too.

Menopause marks the end of the ability to conceive a child. Yea! No more tampons. There will be no more menstrual cycles once the woman is in complete menopause. And don’t ask is once in menopause always in menopause?

Now, it can take years to go from the start to completely finishing it. Most women start the process around 45 and finish around 60. There are exceptions. My cousin went through complete menopause at 28 and once a woman has a complete hysterectomy…well..it’s a wrap!

Now, here is a common misconception.

Women who have gone through menopause no longer have any sexual desire. They may continue to engage in the activity to keep their partner happy, but they don’t get any pleasure out of it. This is certainly not the truth though. Ok, can anyone tell me who the hell came up w/that?

Many women over the age of 60 are in very fulfilling sexual relationships.

They love not having to worry about their period. And kids, who wouldn’t?

what are they called in Europe?

Let me pause for a second and say men, also have to deal w/a woman’s cycle (My dad use to say cycle. Made it sound like a factory), her mood swings, and sometimes physical discomfort.

Anyway getting back to no worries….. . The change of life eliminates an unwanted pregnancy very late in life. This new freedom means a woman can fully focus on the act of sexual activity and not the various repercussions. Many women experience problems with the vagina being dry after menopause (the ol’ powder-puff puss). Vaginal dryness can cause a mental block with sexual intercourse. This can make it hard to get pleasure out of sex. There are some great products on the market that will allow you to moisturize the vagina without any negative side effects. It is a good idea for a woman with such issues to see a gynecologist for a complete evaluation. They can come up with a natural remedy that can prevent ongoing issues. Don’t be embarrassed to discuss the issue with your doctor either. They deal with such issues all the time. They will know how to help you get back on the saddle.

Communicate, talk, and listen it is important to discuss what has taken place.

So, what do you think? I wanna hear from some men out there.
